This 23-story high rise residential project includs 311 residential units and four levels of parking.  The project was designed by Â鶹ӳ»Ó°Òô’ in-house electrical engineering team and was awarded LEED Silver Certification by the US Green Building Council. Â鶹ӳ»Ó°Òô was awarded the 2009 NECA Electrical Excellence award on this project.
